Guess what? It's FREEBIE FRIDAY and I am sharing my new favourite thing with you.
I cannot live without lists. Actually, I think most people can't. When I plan out my days and weeks, I am SO much more productive. I know what I need to be doing, and can hold myself accountable for the things I did not accomplish.
I've put together the only to-do list you'll ever need, and you can have it for free right here. It will help you keep track of your daily tasks; your affirmations for the day (because gratitude = happiness, amiright?), your goals for exercise and health. You can list your 5 steps for success so you don't feel lost along the way, and keep track of your daily water intake. At the end, you can list your treat for the day, like a long walk, or bubble bath. What else could you need on one sheet of paper?!
When the link opens in a new window, just right-click and "save image as" to download. This list is perfectly sized to print out on an 8.5x11" piece of paper. You can even laminate it and write on it with a fine-tip dry erase marker, so you can re-use it each day.
